Our Cinnamon Powder (Cinnamomum verum) is obtained from the dried inner bark of cinnamon trees cultivated in Madagascar, primarily in the Atsinanana and Atsimo Atsinanana regions. Harvesting takes place from June to November, followed by a controlled process including cutting, sun-drying, grinding, sifting, and packaging.

The powder has a light brown to golden brown color, a sweet, warm, and woody aroma, and a slightly spicy, sugary flavor. Thanks to its uniform particle size and strict moisture control, this product meets the requirements of B2B companies seeking a reliable and consistent cinnamon.
