Turmeric flakes are a natural ingredient valued for their curcuminoid content and multiple uses in food, cosmetics and extract formulation.
Our Sliced Turmeric ( Curcuma longa ) comes from rhizomes grown in Madagascar, harvested from June to October. The rhizomes are manually sliced, then sun-dried, tested with a metal detector, and packaged using a controlled process.
The strips have an orange-yellow to bright orange color, a slightly earthy aromatic odor and a warm flavor characteristic of turmeric, ensuring consistent quality for B2B markets.
Store in a dry place, away from light and air, at room temperature.
Shelf life : 36 months from the date of production, under recommended conditions.
