Descriptions

Our Mung Bean ( Vigna radiata ), locally called Antsoroko , is cultivated in Madagascar, mainly in the Southwest and Northwest regions (Boeny, Betsiboka). Harvests take place from March to June and from October to December.

The seeds are harvested, dried, threshed, sorted, calibrated, and packaged according to a rigorous process that guarantees consistent quality. The product consists of small, smooth, oval grains of a uniform dark green color, with a neutral odor and a mild flavor after cooking.
