Our Ginger Powder ( Zingiber officinale ) is made from ginger rhizomes grown in Madagascar, harvested during the dry season from April to July. After cutting, sun-drying, metal detection, and packaging, the product offers a controlled particle size and consistent quality suited to B2B requirements.

The powder has a colour ranging from pale yellow to intense yellow, with a spicy, fresh and slightly lemony smell, characteristic of ginger.
